Northwood Kids is designed to help children discover God’s Word in a creative, age-appropriate way. We provide a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where kids from birth through age eleven can learn about Jesus and build a strong foundation of faith.
WHAT TO EXPECT
When you arrive at one of our locations, a Northwood Team Member will be happy to help you find the Northwood Kids check-in area.
Check-In:
On your first visit, we’ll ask for some basic information, including parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birth dates, address, phone number, and any special instructions such as allergies or special needs. This information helps us maintain a secure check-in system and allows us to contact you during the worship experience if needed.
Safety:
Your child’s safety is a priority. All Northwood Kids Team Members complete a background check, and we have a security process in place at each location. We use a secure check-in and pick-up tag system, along with a parent paging system, in case we need to reach you during the worship experience.
Birth-23 MONTHS
Our Nursery Team provides care and love in a safe and clean environment appropriate for your child's physical, social, and spiritual growth.
2-4-Year-Olds
Our 3-4-year-olds enjoy playing and learning about Jesus in a way that is designed for them. Crafts, games, and interactive Bible stories help your child get excited about God.
5-11-Year-Olds
Our 5-11-year-olds have a fun, exciting, and active environment filled with worship, energetic games and activities, and interactive Bible lessons that teach kids about God's values.
Next Gen Sunday
On the third Sunday of the month, your nine—eleven-year-old will be in service with you for the worship portion of service and then transfer to their Northwood Kids environment right after the worship section!
