2026 MISSION TRIPS
HONDURAS - MEDICAL
Multiple locations - Children’s Cup
Join Northwood Church and Children’s Cup this summer for this fast-paced medical mission trip to see our friends in Honduras. Much of the work done through the Children’s Cup is done at CarePoints. A CarePoint is what its name implies: a point of care in a community. Our medical team will go to multiple care points helping children and adults from the local community. When a missions team shows up at a CarePoint, the children there know that it means they’re not forgotten – they’re loved – they’re special. This is a unique way to share the hope of Jesus Christ to children who know all too well what it means to have no hope.

BELIZE
Orange Walk - Children’s Cup
Join Northwood Church and Children’s Cup as we travel to Belize. This small country is the only country in Central America where English is the official language, so it will be easy for you to communicate directly with the local community members. Much of the impact of Children’s Cup happens through its CarePoints. A CarePoint is exactly what it sounds like—a place in the community where care and hope are given. When a missions team arrives at a CarePoint, the children instantly know they are seen, valued, and loved. Everything you do there—whether serving meals, leading Bible clubs, praying with families, helping with small construction projects, encouraging local leaders and volunteers, or simply holding a child’s hand—points to one purpose: sharing the hope of Jesus Christ with children who deeply understand what it means to live without hope.

COSTA RICA
Liberia - Praying Pelican
While the beauty of Costa Rica has the ability to captivate and inspire you, the people we go to partner with and serve will fill you up like no other mission trip. God is at work in Costa Rica and it is evident from the past trips. While partnering with Praying Pelican Missions and Iglesia Biblica Emanuel, the mission trip team will be able to make a difference in the lives of those they serve and experience a life change themselves. We will be given the opportunity to lift up the pastors who are invested in their communities every day while sharing the love of Christ with those you meet in tangible ways. From children's ministry and evangelism to community cleanup efforts and prayer walking, you will be able to find a balance of the ministries you feel is appropriate for your mission trip team.
