Rules for NC Kickball Tournament
must be 12 Years & older
Must have your team submitted by Wednesday, April 23rd.
Each Team must have 10 players and a minimum of 2 Female Players!
10 fielders.
7 innings (if time allows).
2 base coaches.
"Bounces" are allowed but it must bounce at least twice before home plate.
The strike zone is 1 ft on all sides of the home plate (and above)
You can throw a runner out, but no headshots.
One based on an overthrow.
Forced outs.
No ghost men.

Rules for NC Pickleball Tournament
must be 21 Years & older
Must have your team submitted by Wednesday, April 23rd.
Each Team must have 2 Players!
Must bring own paddles to play
Play to 11, must win by 2
SERVING
Server must stand at least 1 ft behind baseline.
Server must make an underhand serve diagonally crosscourt.
Server must hit ball below the waist.
Server alternates sides of the court until they lose a point.
RALLYING
Both teams must play their first shot off the bounce.
Only 1 bounce allowed on the same side of court.
If ball bounces twice, the team that hits the second bounce wins.
SCORING
Only the serving team can score.
Winning team must win by 2 points.
KITCHEN RULES
Players can’t volley the ball while in kitchen.
Players can’t touch the kitchen line while volleying.
Players can’t let their momentum carry them into the kitchen after volleying.
Players can enter kitchen to hit a ball that has bounced, but must exit before volleying again.
Players can be in kitchen while their partner volleys outside the kitchen.
If a player breaks a kitchen rule, it’s a fault and they lose the rally.
